Guilherme Paulus founded his first business venture in 1972. It is now known as the CVC travel agency, and it is the largest tourist operator in all of Latin America. He sold a major portion of the company to the global investment firm, the Carlyle Group in 2009. The travel agency opened up its capital to the stock exchange in 2013, and it now he’s able to generate an annual revenue of 5.2 billion. The CVC travel agency is actively involved in giving back to the community.
